Highland Homes is constructing The City Series Collection, a townhome project in the Montgomery master-planned community of Woodforest. The townhomes will be located in one of the final Woodforest neighborhoods to be developed.

The builder will offer two series of homes in Woodforest’s Kingsley Square neighborhood: The Patios Collection and The Villas Collection. The Patios Collection includes four floor plans with two-story designs that feature three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and, of course, front patios. The Villas Collection includes four floor plans ranging in size from three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms to four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. All townhomes will include two-car garages.

“These homes have beautiful modern exteriors that open into thoughtfully planned spaces that are extremely livable,” Highland Homes Houston Vice President of Sales John DePasquale said in a press release. “Every square foot is maximized to deliver incredible functionality. These homes meet the high expectations of today’s buyer.”

Eighty-six townhomes are expected to be delivered, all priced from the low $400,000s. Presales are expected to begin this fall.
