Compass announced that Chandler Gachman has joined the company as strategic growth partner. Gachman will be based out of the Compass Westheimer office in River Oaks.

A former growth and marketing professional for Douglas Elliman, Gachman holds a degree in business administration from the University of Houston C.T. Bauer College of Business.
