Longtime RE/MAX agent Sandy Petermann-Williams recently joined eXp Realty, citing the brokerage’s “agent-centric philosophy and industry-leading technology” in her decision to make the switch. 

Before joining eXp on Aug. 1, Petermann-Williams spent 18 years at RE/MAX, where she focused on The Woodlands. She was ranked among the Top 500 RE/MAX agents in Texas for 2024, inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and awarded membership in the RE/MAX Chairman’s Club and Platinum Club. She has also earned the Five Star Professional Award in Real Estate for 14 years in a row.
