Tricoast Homes has opened sales at Summer Place, its new community of 67 single-family homes in Montgomery.

The project is slated to be completed later this month. The builder is offering a $25,000 buyer incentive or a $5,000 bonus-to-selling-agent incentive for early buyers.

Located at 347 Summer Place Drive off of Highway 105 West, the gated community spans 10 acres and will offer pocket parks and a walking trail around a pond. Homes are available in six floorplans spanning 1,979 to 2,477 square feet and are priced from $381,990.

The development is Tricoast’s first proprietary community.

“We are proud to reach this milestone within the company’s career,” said Landon Steinhagen, division president of Tricoast Homes. “To excel in this industry, consistently developing up-and-coming areas and expanding our capabilities is key. Recognizing this, we knew it was the perfect moment to venture into the land development space. We love building in master-planned communities, but we felt it was time to try something new.”
