Builders have begun construction in Attwater, a Waller master-planned community from Bold Fox Development.

Chesmar Homes, HistoryMaker Homes and Empire Communities will offer approximately 1,200 homes priced from the low $300,000s. Sales are set to begin early next year.

“Attwater will deliver the ideal blend of a quaint rural setting and a prime location that will have residents able to easily get to employment centers in The Woodlands or the Energy Corridor,” Alex Kamkar, managing shareholder of Bold Fox Development, said in a press release. “I expect our price point from the low $300,000s to also be attractive for the region, opening the door to homeownership for more people.”

Attwater is zoned to Waller Independent School District.
