Johnson Development will offer 70- and 80-foot homesites in the next phase of development at Jubilee, a master-planned community in Hockley.

Over 175 lots will be delivered to builders Highland Homes, Newmark Homes, Perry Homes and J. Patrick Homes, the last of which is new to the Jubilee community. Presales are underway, with pricing starting in the $600,000s.

“We’ve had many requests for homes on larger lots,” Jubilee General Manager June Tang said in a press release. “We have heard you and are now answering that request.”
