Homebuilders have begun sales at Everly, a Hockley master-planned community from Johnson Land Ventures.

Three builders will build 308 homes in the first phase of development: Drees Custom Homes, Perry Homes and Westin Homes.

“It’s always exciting to see a new community start sales, particularly one with so much potential,” Michael Cox, president of Johnson Land Ventures, said in a press release. “We think the strong builder mix, price point and excellent location near major employment centers, the Grand Parkway and Mueschke Road will hold strong appeal for those seeking the advantages of a newly built home.”

Drees Custom Homes will build on 45- and 60-foot lots, with prices starting at $390,000 and $570,000, respectively; Perry Homes will build on 45-, 50- and 60- foot lots, with prices starting at $420,000, $480,000 and $570,000; and Westin Homes will build on 50-foot lots with prices starting at $570,000.
