Builders opened six new model homes at Cross Creek West, a Johnson Development master-planned community in Fulshear.

The new model home park features designs from Perry Homes, Westin Homes, Newmark Homes and Highland Homes. Perry and Westin Homes will build on 45- and 55-foot lots, Newmark will build on 50-foot lots and Highland will build on 60-foot lots. Pricing begins at $380,000.

“We’re thrilled to unveil our brand-new model home park featuring six beautifully designed homes that showcase the creativity and craftsmanship of our builders,” Lauren Smith, director of marketing for the MPC, said in a press release. “Each model offers its own unique style and personality — true dream homes.”

Community amenities include a fitness center, playground, sports courts and two pools. Residents will also have access to amenities at Cross Creek West’s sister community, Cross Creek Ranch.
