The Signorelli Company appointed Jeff Dewese as president of its land division. Previously, Dewese was senior vice president of the land division.

Dewese has over two decades of experience in the new-construction and land development sector and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration in marketing from Texas A&M University. He’s also a certified green professional and a graduate master builder with the National Association of Homebuilders.

“Jeff is a visionary leader and has been instrumental in our company’s dynamic growth,” Founder and CEO Danny Signorelli said in a press release. “He has a deep expertise in land development, a commitment to excellence and a passion for creating communities that enhance residents’ quality of life. I am confident that, as president of the land division, he will continue to strengthen our reputation as a premier developer in the region.”

Dewese started with The Signorelli Company in 2017 as its development manager. In the years since, he’s overseen the creation of over a dozen communities, including the upcoming Austin Point master-planned community in Fort Bend County.
