The Signorelli Company began home sales at Austin Point, a new master-planned community in Fort Bend County. The 4,700-acre community is set to be the county’s largest MPC in over 40 years, the developer said.

“Austin Point is an ambitious project that stands apart from traditional master-planned communities, both for its city-scale size and the sense of belonging it’s designed to provide,” CEO Danny Signorelli said in a press release.

The first phase of construction features both front-loaded and alley-loaded homes on 35-, 40-, 45-, 50-, 60- and 70-foot lots. Builders for the community include Ashton Woods, David Weekley Homes, CastleRock Communities, Newmark Homes, Westin Homes, Perry Homes, Beazer Homes, Drees Custom Homes and William David Homes.

“Housing diversity is essential for the resilience of every community,” Signorelli added. “Austin Point’s diverse mix of homes and architectural styles creates pathways for people of all stages of life to put down roots here.”

Also a part of phase one is The 1824, a communal gathering place with a cafe, wine bar, beer garden, food truck court and play area.

Future phases of development will include more residential neighborhoods, retail centers and a school, set to break ground in 2026.
