Luxury homes are increasingly centered on whole-body wellness, with healthier materials, abundant natural light and layouts designed to support daily routines. Instead of stand-alone wellness rooms, features like cold-plunge zones and yoga stretch areas are woven throughout the home.
The report also highlights the growing emphasis on air and water quality within the home, with materials and finishes increasingly selected for their health performance, as well as their aesthetic value. Natural light is treated as essential, shaping both floor plans and how residents move through daily life, rather than functioning as a purely visual feature.
2. Mood-driven naturals
Color is becoming more grounded and organic. Expect soft neutrals drawn from stone, sand and earth, along with layered blues and greens that evoke water and landscape. These palettes aren’t tied to geography; instead, they’re selected for the mood they create.
3. Sensory-rich interiors
Texture and scent are all part of the design conversation, from woven finishes and natural fibers to subtle, nature-inspired fragrances like warm woods. Patterns are inspired by sediment layers, sun-faded stone and retro-modern geometry.

“Seaside cool” focuses on creating calm, restorative interiors that act as a sensory escape, rather than a coastal style. This look centers around pale to deep blues layered with warm woods and soft grays, as well as open, breathable spaces.

“Garden green” interiors support wellness through fresh air, indoor greenery and spaces dedicated to calm. Colors range from soft sage to deep leafy greens alongside warm neutrals and clay tones. Scents include fresh herb with sage leaf, fern with moss, and soft mint with clay.
