Keller Williams Realty is among the new lessees at GreenStreet, a new mixed-use development in downtown Houston.

The brokerage’s new office space — called Keller Williams Houston Central — spans 9,500 square feet and features a library lounge and 75-person training facility. The location will support over 100 agents, with plans to increase to 150 before the end of the year.

Danielle Durocher will serve as team lead, while Jana Hayes will serve as operating principal.
