Windy Hill Development appointed Alex Ryan its new development manager. In the role, he’ll oversee nine active developments and recommend land for future projects.

“At Windy Hill Development, we remain dedicated to meeting Houston’s housing needs while strengthening our team with top talent in the development industry,” CEO Randy Hall said in a press release. “Alex Ryan brings a proven track record in evaluating real estate opportunities, along with exceptional leadership skills honed through his distinguished military service.”

Most recently, Ryan was an acquisition and development associate with Venterra Realty, but also has experience as a consultant manager and real estate loan analyst.

Prior to his career in real estate, Ryan served as an airborne ranger infantryman in the United States Army and earned a Master’s degree in professional studies from Georgetown University.

“I’m eager to join the Windy Hill Development team during this dynamic time in Houston’s real estate market,” Ryan said. “I’m grateful to join this talented team and contribute to their visionary work creating communities that will serve Houston families for generations.”
