Seita Jongebloed brings nearly 30 years of brokerage management, agent development and risk management experience to her role. She began her career as an attorney with a boutique law firm, Hargis & Harpold, which defended Realtors across Texas against Texas Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act and negligence claims, becoming well-versed in best practices for Texas brokers and honing skills like contract drafting and negotiation.

More recently, Jongebloed has worked on leadership teams for Houston luxury brokerages. Her favorite role has been as the founding sales manager for Compass Houston. Agents value Jongebloed’s blend of hands-on negotiation expertise and sales skills, and she has helped many new agents become top producers. Jongebloed has served on numerous Houston Association of REALTORS® committees over the years, including risk management, management central, technology and the MLS committee.
