Cline harnesses her 12 years of real estate experience to lead her team to success, fostering a service-oriented mentality. Their determination has earned them rankings as the Top Producing Team and Top Listing Team at Keller Williams, and their collective passion and flexibility has resulted in numerous referrals and positive testimonials.

Prior to obtaining her real estate and brokers license in 2006, Cline worked as the office manager at a construction company for 13 years before transitioning into the role of escrow officer and ultimately branch manager at First American Title. “After gaining full working knowledge of the process from financing through closing, my path to my real estate career was paved and ready,” she says.

Cline was named a Top Producer in 2017 by the Houston Business Journal and is among the top 1 percent of Realtors within the Houston Metro Area. She is a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, an Accredited Buyer’s Representative and a Senior Real Estate Specialist.

While Cline and her team serve clients all over Texas, they focus on those within the Houston Metro, Hempstead, Waller, College Station, Inner Loop and Brenham areas. Known for her effective marketing methods, Cline uses social media, email blasts, websites, brochures, professional photography and video to showcase new listings.

Cline is an avid barrel racer and is heavily involved with the Waller County Fair and the Waller Chamber of Commerce, as well as with other community organizations, including her church.
