Sandy Petermann-Williams doesn’t let a challenging market dampen her passion for real estate, and for 12 years, she’s maintained an energetic and enthusiastic approach to her work. As a top-producing Realtor for RE/MAX – specializing in properties within The Woodlands, Spring, Conroe, Magnolia, Montgomery and Houston – Petermann-Williams guides buyers and sellers through every step of the journey. “It is my responsibility as a real estate advisor to provide tools, resources and data to reassure my clients that they are making an educated decision on all aspects of their real estate needs,” she says. “Part of my job is to look at the realities of the market and accentuate the strengths of a property in order to achieve a maximum return for my clients.”

Prior to entering real estate, Petermann-Williams spent 16 years in accounting for the oil and gas industry in Louisiana, through which she developed a client-focused mentality and a keen attention to detail, both of which continue to pay off in the form of referrals and awards. Petermann-Williams is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, Chairman’s Club and Platinum Club, and was ranked among the top 20 RE/MAX agents in 2014. For seven consecutive years she has earned the Texas Monthly – Five Star Professional Award for real estate agents. She attributes her ongoing success in part to her strong network of lenders, contractors, interior designers, landscapers and other real estate professionals who help her create a seamless flow of services for her clients.

Petermann-Williams is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Council of Residential Specialists, and she is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. She also serves on the Board of Directors and is the Development Chair for Child Advocates of Montgomery County, part of the National Court Appointed Special Advocates Association (CASA).
