Christy Buck’s motto speaks volumes about her effectiveness as a real estate broker. “I have always believed my relationship with my clients does not stop at the closing table,” she says. “To me, it’s a long-term relationship that’s just getting started.” A third-generation Realtor and lifelong Pearland resident, Buck is very knowledgeable about all facets of real estate, whether the client is a first-time buyer, seller, purchaser of new construction, luxury homebuyer, or investor in commercial real estate. She and her thriving, 15-associate team with the Infinity Real Estate Group were named the No. 1 team in Brazoria County in 2015 and 2016. Buck was also recently awarded a spot in the Top 100 Most Influential Real Estate Agents in Texas for 2016.

Buck actually started her career in the dental field, but real estate was always in her blood. Growing up, the business was a regular topic at the dinner table with her parents and grandparents, who were also Realtors. She gained a wealth of knowledge from those conversations, and it helped jump start her career. “I have big goals for myself and even greater visions for the company,” says Buck, who couldn’t be happier with her decision to leave a large franchise in 2015 to become an independent broker/owner.

In her earlier years in the business working for a large franchise, Buck was a top producer, always pushing the envelope for more ways to succeed. Four years ago, she and her assistant took it upon themselves to hire a business coach, because they were ready to go to the next level. They went on to quadruple their business in a very short period of time. This year, her company is on target to reach 350-plus transactions. What distinguishes this amazing group from the competition is the shared belief that opportunities are endless with the right mix of skills, ambition and positivity. That level of corporate optimism shows in client reviews, which consistently applaud the team for its knowledge, accessibility, persistence and patience. The future continues to look bright for Infinity Real Estate, which is in the process of developing two acres of land to expand their ability to serve Pearland, Friendswood and other Houston neighborhoods.

Christy Buck also thrives on the love of her family and her dedication to the community. She and her team are always volunteering at local schools, police officer events, Susan G. Komen races, food drives and more. “I look at my position as more than just a job,” she says. “I love helping in every imaginable way, contributing whatever time, energy and resources we can.”
