Sandra Billings has three decades worth of real estate experience and continues to set the bar for boutique brokerages. As broker/owner of Billings Real Estate Group, Inc., Sandra is licensed in Texas and California, servicing buyers and sellers in Houston and surrounding areas as well as Northern California and clients from all over the world. The Billings Group works with a variety of clients including first-time buyers and sellers, expats and relocations and luxury buyers and sellers. “Most of my business is from repeat clients and referrals,” Billings says, adding that this year, she met her sales goals while maintaining the highest standards for customer service. “The best compliment a client can give is when they continue to recommend my services and come back to me over and over again!”

A female- and minority-led business, Billings Real Estate Group has secured contacts and customers usually reserved for larger companies, plowing past competition thanks to their persistence, professionalism and up-to-date knowledge of the markets. “Listening to my clients to understand what they want to accomplish with their transaction is one of the most important parts of the process, constant communication and timely follow-up are paramount,” Billings says.

This year, Sandra hired a new agent to join her Houston office, and she is focusing on growing both her California and Texas teams during the next year. Outside of work, she continues to be involved with newborn screening and supporting research for treatment and cures for rare diseases.

Billings attributes her success in part to her 25-year marriage. “Having a partner and a partnership with my husband has been one of my proudest accomplishments,” she says. “Not only does he fully support me and believe in my abilities, but together we work hard to raise our five children to be productive and good citizens.”
