After entering the real estate industry 37 years ago, Bernstein launched Bernstein Realty two years later. This year, Bernstein celebrates the 35th anniversary of her eponymous brokerage. “I am extremely proud of this milestone,” she says. “I am extremely grateful for the agents and staff that have been on this journey with me, as well as the many clients and friends who have trusted us with their real estate needs; referred their friends, family and colleagues; and contributed to the growth of Bernstein Realty.”

Bernstein is an active member of the Women’s Business Enterprise Alliance, Houston Relocation Professionals, Worldwide Employee Relocation Council and Greater Houston Partnership. Bernstein also chaired the Nancy Owens Breast Cancer Foundation since its inception 18 years ago, and as of 2020, she serves on the board.
