A close-knit team that feels like a family is able to accomplish plenty, including closing on over 150 homes during a pandemic. With an 85% referral business, The Money Team at Keller Williams Memorial has the combined knowledge and skills necessary to handle every situation. “With my team, experience is key,” insists Natasha Simon, Realtor and team lead. “We have seen it all and done it all.” Eric Domingues, Realtor and co-team lead, agrees. “We are very educated and know what to do in almost every situation,” he adds. “If we don’t have the answers, we know how to find them.”

Simon has been a Realtor for 10 years, while Domingues started his career in restaurant management before getting into real estate 15 years ago. Together they lead The Money Team, which also includes Realtors LaTonya Mayes, Catherine Bolden, Tabitha Jones and Tamara Simon. Specializing in new construction and first-time homebuyers, they understand market trends and offer bilingual agents to help reach clients throughout Houston and the surrounding areas. “Our entire team keeps the clients’ best interests in mind,” explains Domingues, a Houston resident for 38 years.

Known for its integrity, confidence and excellent communication skills, The Money Team has been in the top 1% of Realtors in the Houston area and named an HAR Top Producer since 2019. “Our clients have confidence that we will get the job done because our track record says so,” declares Simon. Describing herself as straightforward and honest, she’s responsible for mentoring and guiding the other team members into real estate.

With over 900 homes sold and consistent success and accomplishments, it’s no surprise that The Money Team is quickly becoming a household name in the Houston area. “Our team is highly respected for the work we do because we love what we do,” they say. The Money Team participates in annual apraxia charity walks, gives to local school groups and supports the DePelchin Children’s Center at Christmas.
