A Texas native with roots in Cypress and Waller, Cline learned the real estate business while working at Stewart Title prior to licensure. Cline and her husband, Donald Lehman, who has become their No. 1 buyer’s agent, lead a team of qualified professionals whose backgrounds bring residential, construction, marketing and business degrees to work for clients, resulting in smoother transactions and superior marketing. “With over 40 years of combined real estate experience, we are able to advise every client at all price points,” she says. “We represent buyers and sellers for residential homes, farm and ranch properties, luxury homes and sophisticated transitional land deals, including 1031 exchanges.”
In 2020, Cline received her Accredited Land Consultant designation, solidifying her status as a trusted advisor in land-based transactions. “This was a goal of mine and has helped me sell more transitional land and serve more clients,” she says, noting that she was a finalist for the 2020 HBJ Landmark Award for the Weiser Airpark sale.
Cline is a 2019 Apex Producers Club award winner and has earned numerous accolades from RE/MAX and KW Memorial. She’s a member of HAR, BCS, Texas and national chapters of the Realtor Land Institute, Greater Houston Luxury Home Connection, Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and Texas Land Brokers Network.
Cline & Lehman support Waller County youth through the Waller County Fair and the Jr Fair Board. Together, they have three sons. Their eldest, Emmit, is in research and development; Lehman assists their youngest, Adison, with the growth of his company, the Lehman Cattle Company; and their middle son, Wyatt, is getting his real estate license and joining the family business.
