Members of The Money Team at Keller Williams Memorial regularly tell Top Realtor and Team Lead Natasha Simon that working with her is like being teammates with a GOAT (greatest of all time) athlete like Lebron James. But in Simon’s case, she helps them get keys, not championship rings.
Simon’s path to entrepreneurship and leadership was forged at the age of 9. With support from her mom and aunt, she created, managed and ran her own neighborhood “carnival.” The hot dogs and nachos sold out, and the games and prizes were a hit.
Simon began her real estate career 11 years ago part time, while maintaining a full-time job as a computer engineer for HP — honing the analytical skills she employs at closings. “I fell in love with helping so many people become homeowners, I made the decision to start full-time,” she recalls.
While Simon’s niche is first-time homebuyers in South Houston, Cypress, Katy and Conroe, she continues to do more work with sellers. A native of Houston, she knows the market well and has made her way to the Dallas-Fort Worth area. “My clients trust me anywhere in Texas,” she says.
With solid knowledge of new construction, resale, negotiations and lending, she prides herself on knowing how to troubleshoot the inevitable hurdles that come up in every transaction. A highly skilled negotiator, she helps sellers earn top dollar for their properties and buyers get the most for their money. Despite the recent shift in the market, Simon helped add 127 homeowners to the Houston area last year. Throughout her career, she has closed over 1,000 deals, and she remains dedicated to getting clients to the finish line.
Although she’s represented million-dollar buyers before, she recently landed her first million-dollar listing and sold it in record time. She prides herself on consistently being ranked as a HAR Top Producer each year since 2019 on both the buyer and the seller side. Being acknowledged in the top 1% of Houston real estate agents, she says, is the reward for the hard work she puts in every day.
