Rachel Luna, Agency Executive

Patriot Title

In her youth, Rachel Luna dreamt of becoming either a journalist or handling legal matters. Little did she know at the time that a career in the title industry would be most fulfilling of all.

“I get to witness the closing and see the people at the closing table get the keys and money to the sellers when they sell their homes,” says Luna, agency executive of Patriot Title in Houston. “It’s not what drove me to this industry. It’s what made me stay.”

With more than 20 years of experience and a reputation as the “Title Queen of Texas,” the Houston native has been featured in podcasts and industry magazines. She is also a contributor to Forbes Business Development Council, an honor that has opened the door for her to share her knowledge of the real estate and title industries with a wider audience.

While the pandemic was challenging, it opened up Luna’s team to a new way of connecting with clients and generating more business. Patriot assists clients in Houston, Dallas, San Antonio and El Paso.

“We dealt with COVID-19 and kept the company thriving through new methods, such as being more engaged with our clients through social media and online socializing,” she recalls. “That way, we stayed connected and hands-on with their transactions.”

With a reputation for putting her clients before anything else, she brings a vibrant personality and sense of fun to every transaction. A majority of her business is based on repeat and referral customers. As an Agency Executive, she makes sure that team members feel appreciated and valued, creating a culture that is not only harmonious but also produces results.

She and her team are now busy developing plans for building more branches, to help clients in different areas and give them the convenience of closing with them.
