Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors’ Cypress office is expending and restructuring its Wallace office to better serve dwellers who are looking for a small town experience.

According to Rich Guderyon, manager of Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors’ Cypress office, a team of experienced agents, known as Gary Greene Country Properties, is in place and he is very thrilled about their mission.

“I came from a small town and miss the simple laid-back atmosphere that towns like Hempstead, Waller, Bellville, Prairie View and Chappell Hill offer.” Guderyon said. “Many people are moving out of the city and suburbs, opting to raise their families, retire, or purchase a second home as a weekend getaway.”

Guderyon is joined by Robbie Brinkley, Jim Carter, Ginger Hurley, Alyssa King, Todd Rhein, Ava Sempe, Mary Anne Szymanski and Brenda Willie to complete the new team.

“Our Country Properties team is looking forward to helping people connect with a simpler, more relaxed way of life,” Guderyon said. “Life should not be spent in front of a computer 24/7.”

Guderyon said that his Wallace team wants to bring to their business a part of the small town atmosphere where trusting relationships lasts a lifetime.

He believes that people in the city want to give their children the experiences that a small town has to offer such as the small town parades, side walks, watermelon festivals and fairs.

Guderyon said that his team can help families find all of the places and events to make new memories.

“One problem they have is finding out when these events take place. The Gary Greene Country Properties team has the ability to help get the word out about these happenings,” Guderyon explained.

Guderyon also believes that this will boost the small town economies and help parents pass down to their kids the enjoyment of slowing down, meeting new people and shaking hands.
