Prudential Gray Greene Realtors of Houston Texas Katy office’s Hollye Noce has earned the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation.

Noce is one of the members of the only 1 percent of agents nationwide who have actually received this honor.

Some of the qualifications that Noce exemplifies in order to qualify for the designation are, improved communication skills, the ability to help clients understand all of their options and being able to work collaboratively with other agents to resolve deadlocks.

“This designation indicates that I am qualified to help clients navigate through complex real estate transactions and the negotiation process,” said Noce.

The CNE designation came from the Real Estate Negotiation Institute, which is said by some to be the leading negotiation training and coaching company in the real estate industry.
