Realtor Gerry Michalec McCurry starts her new career with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene.

After working as a financial analyst for several years, Gerry Michalec McCurry is finally beginning a career as an agent with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene.

According to a recent press release, McCurry joined the firm’s Cy-Fair office. A native of Houston, McCurry is ready to serve her fellow citizens.

“Houston is booming,” McCurry said. “I am eager to get my feet wet and find those areas where my background and interests will lead me.”

In her previous career she worked for companies such as Hewlett Packard and Compaq Computer, where she learned about real estate contracts and leases by providing financial advice for Compaq’s construction department.

McCurry said she felt right at home after meeting with the Cy-Fair office, and its manager, Richard Guderyon, is excited by McCurry’s decision.

“We are pleased to welcome Gerry to our team,” Guderyon said. “Her extensive background in business, negotiation and customer service will be a great asset to our clients.”
