Houston-based homebuilder Lennar provided the “treat” of Halloween a few weeks early.

According to a recent press release, Lennar, one of the biggest builders in the area, opened two new model homes at the beginning of October in its Fall at Imperial Oaks community in Spring, Texas. Guests can tour the homes on Sunday and Monday from noon to 6 p.m, and from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. from Tuesday through Saturday.

The models feature Lennar’s Brookstone collection of houses.

A one-story Quartz home holds four bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a living space, sheltered patio, study, master suite, dining area and kitchen.

The neighboring model home – a two-story Emory house – also boasts four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The second story has a game room, while the rest of the house comes complete with a covered patio and spacious kitchen and breakfast area.
