Those signs of a housing recovery just became a bit brighter.
According to the latest State of the Real Estate Market report from online research firm Movoto, price per square foot in Houston’s marketplace rose an astounding 24.7 percent year-over-year; that was the largest increase among all the markets tracked by Movoto!
