This week, we spoke with Alfonso Parodi, a Realtor and team leader of Team Parodi at Realty Associates, who shared his strategies for reaching top producer status.
4. First off all, draft an 18 month business plan. It must be simple and real, including specific measurable goals and timelines. Our first training module with Team Parodi is business planning. If you don’t have a written plan, you cannot measure and in essence, you cannot succeed. No success means failure.
3. Define five sources of incoming pillars of business and have an action plan for them. Again, keep it simple and easy to follow on a daily basis. At Team Parodi, we follow a system that is proven by results, and we stick with it. It starts there…
2. Regarding education, we take advantage of what we have available to us…HAR is recognized as the No. 1 association in United State for so many reasons. Get involved in NRG and the other incredible networking groups that HAR offers. Work on your ABR, GRI, TRLP and then target CRS when the time is right. Don’t overwhelm yourself, just do one at a time. Each day counts. In real estate you must be up to date on marketing tools, education, consumer trends – it never stops. There are other great designations and certifications. However, I recommend completion of the nationwide and statewide recognized designations first.
1. Lastly, when finding the best Realtor, consumers always check reviews. Get on it now! Sign op on the HAR client experience and other portals out there that allow you to request reviews. One of the new training modules at Team Parodi is the After Close marketing strategy. This is simple, HUGE and will set you up for the future.
Though relatively new to the industry, obtaining his license in 2011, Alfonso Parodi has proven himself a skilled professional and dedicated Realtor.
