RealTek Holdings, LLC was recently formed to serve as a technology-driven real estate holding company. The new company’s main focus is acquiring and integrating other brokerages and real estate software companies under one house with multiple brands.

RealTek Holdings’ brokerage will be composed of companies that operate in all three brokerage categories: company-owned, franchise-based and transaction-based. With RealTek’s model, these brokerages will be able to maintain their own branding and identity, as well as the commission and operational structures they currently employ. David Boatner, chairman and chief executive officer of RealTek LLC, commented on the aspirations of the new company.

“RealTek’s mission is to build a house of brands – rather than a branded house. This is important because it allows broker/owners to keep their brand, maintain their customer relationships and retain their Realtors,” Boatner said. “RealTek will simply elevate their business by providing enhanced tools and systems they generally don’t offer their agents.”

ReakTek’s second pillar of strategy is the acquisition of SaaS (software as a service) companies that can provide Realtors with a complete survey of SaaS-based technology. In this regard, RealTek remains focused on lead generation, transaction management and client relationship management systems. This as well as other aspects will make RealTek Holding’s entire house of brands more efficient and productive.

RealTek will also provide core operational services in a centralized manner for all companies and SaaS development initiatives. Some of the services include: marketing, accounting, funding, human resources and legal. Boatner also talked about the company’s growth and strategy.

“Our growth is focused on both organic expansion and an aggressive acquisition strategy,” Boatner said. “Currently, we have a number of pending acquisitions for both the brokerage and technology portions of our business.”
