Taylor Morrison Debuts Model Homes in New Communities

This fall, Taylor Morrison will debut five new model homes in three Houston-area communities including The Groves, Alder Trails and Woodson’s Reserve.  “We’re excited to open these three newRouseau7878 communities, as well as the five model homes that showcase the incredible home designs available to our buyers,” said Jim Ellison, vice president of sales and marketing for Taylor Morrison’s Houston division. “Whether it’s wooded home sites or sparkling lakes, each community has its own unique concept that our homebuyers are sure to love.” 

The Francesca model at The Groves offers 4,163 square feet of living space including a mud room, study, first-floor master suite, open gourmet kitchen, upstairs game room, media room, and three additional bedrooms. Additional features include a fireplace in the family room, covered patio, outdoor kitchen, an extra bedroom downstairs and a second garage bay. The Groves can be found in the woods of Northeast Houston.

The 3,892-square-foot Salerno model at Woodson’s Reserve has 3.5 baths and four bedrooms, a formal dining room and game room. Potential buyers can also choose to add an extra media room and fifth and sixth bedrooms or a second master suite. The community will have a children’s indoor play area, resort-style pool with a lazy river, event lawns, 6,800-square-foot clubhouse with a fully equipped fitness center, playgrounds throughout the community, lakes, and a dog park all connected by an expansive trail system. Woodson’s Reserve is located in the heart of southern Montgomery County.

Alder Trails will comprise 388 home sites within the Grande Series, Villa Series, Chateau Series in Cypress, offering a total of 18 distinct floor plans. Planned community amenities include walking trails, two lakes, a resort-style pool with a splash feature, covered picnic pavilion and playground. Alder Trails is located off of Barker Cypress Road between Queenston Boulevard and Cypress North Houston Road.
