The Club Audubon amenity center is now open at the Audubon master-planned community in Magnolia.

Phases one and two of the project launched simultaneously, following unprecedented growth in the community. The 5.5-acre hub, designed by Boucher Design Group and SLA-H, adds over $7 million in amenities to the MPC.

“Careful planning went into Club Audubon to ensure it achieves our vision of delivering a premier experience for our residents,” Sam Yager III, vice president of Audubon Magnolia Development, said in a press release. “It made absolute sense to deliver both phases together as they complement and expand the ever-growing network of trails and parks that make Audubon a destination for the area.”

Amenities at Club Audubon include a resort-style pool, covered pavilion, food truck lane, indoor-outdoor event space and playground with a parent overlook.

“Club Audubon is synonymous with the elevated lifestyle Audubon residents experience on a daily basis and reflects our Audubon style,” Yager said. “This curated ambience is embodied into the sophisticated architectural design, thoughtful recreational programming and collaborative team efforts for Club Audubon. We are proud to have brought this exceptional recreational space to life for our residents.”

The project joins existing amenities in the community including Legacy Park, which features a playground and bird and butterfly habitats, and Screech Park, which features a play structure, activity lawns, a screech owl habitat and access to Night Heron Pond. Screech Park is currently undergoing an expansion that will more than double its size.
