Nan and Company Properties will now serve as the exclusive sales and marketing partner for Davidson Homes’ Houston-area communities.

The Alabama-based builder is currently active in 15 communities around the greater Houston area, with pricing ranging from $220,000 to over $470,000. Nationwide, Davidson Homes actively builds in 105 communities.

The partnership will be handled through Nan and Company’s Builder Services division.
