Realty Associates has merged with Latter and Blum Inc., a real estate brokerage in Louisiana and the Gulf South.

Now, Realty Associates has access to a network of 30 residential and commercial real estate brokerages that annually accumulates nearly 15,000 transactions in Louisiana and Mississippi. Within the last six years, Latter and Blum Inc. has merged or formed an acquisition with 12 companies.

Realty Associates, ERA Powered will be the new company name. Realty Associates has more than 1,700 agents and over seven offices in residential and commercial residencies in Greater Houston and Galveston. Peter Merritt, Realty Associates’ broker, will retain his leadership position.

“Our agents will have the support and services typically offered by other major companies in our market,” Merritt said. “Our partnership with Latter & Blum Inc. will now allow us to offer greater services to Agents, home sellers and buyers throughout the Greater Houston market.”
