Cordillera Ranch, an 8,700-acre residential community located north of San Antonio, recently announced the release of more golf course frontage lots and home sites, according to a written statement from DH Investments, the developer of Cordillera Ranch.

The new properties, located in the 900-acre Clubs Village neighborhood, include greenside frontage and lake views. The lot sizes range from one to four acres, and are priced in the $400,000 range, according to DH Investments.

“Golf course frontage has been some of the most sought-after property in Cordillera Ranch since we opened the course a decade ago,” said Barry Denton, director of real estate. “Our dwindling inventory is causing a land rush for this highly coveted, limited-quantity product.”

The community’s newest neighborhood, The Springs of Cordillera Ranch, is nearly complete, and home sites are now available, DH Investments said. Lots in the new neighborhood include valley views, cypress-lined creek frontage properties, and are priced from $100,000 to $300,000 for up to three acres. Construction on roads and utilities is expected to be completed in September, according to DH Investments.

“We’re excited to have new product in The Springs available for sale,” said Charlie Hill, president and COO for DH Investments. “The Springs is the future of Cordillera Ranch and continues the high standard of development and quality homes for which we’re known.”
