Patten Title Company (a full-service title & closing company) announced today the recent hire of Juliana Davila to the role of senior escrow officer and branch manager for the company’s new Memorial office location, according to a press release. 

Davila will oversee office operations, assist customers and uphold the company’s service standards at the new Memorial location. 

Davila has 15 years of title industry experience under her belt. She returns as a member of the Patten Title team after spending a year at another leading title agency as a fee attorney, Escrow Officer and branch manager. Before that, she worked as an Escrow Officer at Patten Title for five years. Prior to that, she worked at First American and Texas Title.

Davila added how excited she is to lead operations at the new Memorial location (located off I-10 and Gessner, near Memorial City Mall) and the continued growth of Patten as a company.

The opening of the Memorial office is the most recent step in furthering Patten’s goal of becoming the foremost independent title company in the Lone Star State. 

Earlier this year, the company acquired Houston-based Celebrity Title Company, adding two new offices and 26 new employees in Sugar Land and Katy. This brings Patten to a total of nine offices and over 100 employees in Texas.
