Coventry Homes opens new model home in Artavia

by Lindsey Wells

Coventry Homes recently unveiled a new model home in master-planned community Artavia that showcases “cozy, comfortable living,” according to a press release.

“We are excited about the designs we are now offering in Artavia,” said Paul Blackburn, region president for Coventry Homes. “These homes have been thoughtfully designed to create an open, airy feel with numerous windows and high ceilings. They should appeal to a wide range of homebuyers.”

The Elgin model home is a single-story design boasting three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,769 square feet of living space. The primary bedroom is highlighted by an optional bow window, while the primary bathroom features an optional mega walk-in shower, dual vanities and a walk-in closet.

The Bijou island kitchen boasts granite countertops and ample storage space. In addition, a front porch and covered back patio offer two distinct outdoor living spaces.

Nine flexible floor plans will be available for homes on 40-foot sites. Starting from the low $300,000s, home sizes range from 1,400 to 2,389 square feet. Features include island kitchens, porches, covered patios, game rooms and two-car garages.

Buyers can tailor their homes with options such as fireplaces, studies, Texas-sized covered patios and extra garage bays.

The community features a slate of resort-style amenities, including a 13-acre amenity complex with a pool, meditation garden, boardwalk, a five-acre lake, on-site cafe and more. Artavia also has a lifestyle team that plans events, festivals and other activities year-round, the release noted.
