Constructed in partnership with ICON and globally acclaimed architecture firm BIG-Bjarke Ingels Group, the homes will be constructed using materials that match the natural West Texas landscape, utilizing advanced engineering and robotics. The first homes in the community will reach completion in late 2024. There is a refundable $5,000 application fee for buyers; prices start in the $900,000s.

“Our collaboration with El Cosmico and ICON has allowed us to pursue the formal and material possibilities of cutting-edge 3D-printed construction untethered by the traditional limitations of a conventional site or client,” said Bjarke Ingels, founder and creative director of BIG.

Upon completion, the new El Cosmico structure will be the first 3D-printed hotel. Some of the new on-site amenities will also be built using 3D-printing technology.

All sales and marketing are handled by Douglas Elliman’s Emily Waldmann and Megan Gallagher.
