Ashton Woods Homes will celebrate the grand opening of its Waller community, Oakwood Estates, in a June 15 event with food and prize giveaways.

“Oakwood Estates is the perfect location for those seeking a quiet, unhurried lake lifestyle,” said Shawnda Lancaster, vice president of sales at Ashton Woods’ Houston division. “Ashton Woods homeowners in this community can choose from professionally curated interior designs and thoughtful floor plans that truly speak to them.”

Three homebuilders are offering homes in Oakwood Estates: Ashton Woods, Brightland Homes and K. Hovnanian Homes. In total, the community will offer nine different floor plans ranging in size from 1,861 to over 2,905 square feet. Community amenities include a 28-acre lake, pool house, playground and outdoor sitting areas.

Tours of model homes will begin at 11 a.m. on June 15 and last until 2 p.m.
