Nan and Company Properties adds two Houston brokers to team

by Emily Marek

Nan and Company Properties has added to its growing team with two new brokers: Bob Jones and Maribel Juarez.

Bob Jones, a 20-year veteran of the industry, has amassed a sales volume of over $56 million across over 2,500 transactions. The longtime Houston agent specializes in the areas of Montrose, Midtown, Rice Military, the Heights, Oak Forest, Garden Oaks, the Galleria and River Oaks, among others, and will earn his Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation next year.

“I’ve seen Nan and Company Properties skyrocket to the top of Houston’s leading real estate firms and I’m most thrilled to be a part of it,” Jones shared in a press release. “One of the aspects that most appealed to me was the brokerage’s Christie’s International Real Estate affiliation … As the brokerage is not only an industry leader in servicing the Houston real estate market but foreign national clientele as well, these assets made it a natural choice for me.”

Maribel Juarez became a full-time Realtor after departing her career in the oil and gas industry. Prior to affiliating with Nan & Co., she worked at eXp Realty, both as a negotiator for the acquisition team and as an agent with eXp’s Sports and Farm & Ranch divisions. She cites Nan & Co.’s recent additions of these divisions, as well as her desire to work with new construction developments, a main reason for her switch.

“While I’ve been in the industry for over a half a decade, I believe it’s not the number of years that mark a Realtor’s experience, but rather the number of transactions,” Juarez said. “I wanted to return to a full-service brokerage in order to level up, and there is no better fit than Nan and Company.”

“We’re excited to continue on our trajectory of growth with the additions of Maribel and Bob to our team,” Founder and CEO Nancy Almodovar said. “Both are highly regarded industry experts and know these markets inside and out.”
