Meadow Park, a new-home community from First America Homes, is now open in Conroe.

Located at the intersection of Hwy 105 and Willis Waukegan, Meadow Park is zoned to Conroe Independent School District. The community features homes sized from 1,364 to 2,416 square feet with upgrades that include island kitchens and covered porches. Homes are priced from the $220,000s.

“Meadow Park is the perfect community for first-time buyers and growing households,” Derrick Carlson, vice president of sales for First America Homes, said in a press release. “[It] offers residents quiet living in an area surrounded by mature trees, while still being close to Conroe ISD schools, shopping and essential amenities — all at an affordable price.”

Meadow Park’s model home, The Mansfield, is open for tours on Mondays through Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Sundays from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
