Nan and Company Properties will serve as the exclusive sales partner for Roseate Beach, a new-home community on Galveston’s West Beach.

The community includes 160 homesites, 22 of which are located on the beachfront. Construction is currently underway, with streets and utilities projected for completion in 2025. Planned amenities include a fitness center, pool and pickleball courts.
