Nan and Company Properties announced plans to open a new office in the Memorial market area with four new agents and three new builder partnerships. The office will be the brokerage’s sixth in the Houston area.

Agents Jill Knowles, Marla Reade, Heidi Wehring and Peter Nguyen will serve as founding members of the office. The former three were previously affiliated with Compass and have a combined 50 years of experience in the Houston real estate industry, while the latter is a new construction and new development specialist previously affiliated with Camelot Realty Group.

“Memorial is home to some of Houston’s most iconic estates and most sophisticated buyers, and expanding our presence here has been a natural and long-awaited next step,” Co-CEO and Co-Founder Nancy Almodovar said in a press release. “I am thrilled to welcome Jill, Marla, Peter and Heidi to the Nan family. Each of them embodies the expertise, discretion and elevated client care that define luxury real estate at its very best, and they will be instrumental in shaping our presence in this extraordinary market.”

The news of the Nan and Company’s Memorial office coincides with the launch of three new exclusive builder partnerships for the brokerage: Blackacre Builders, Palais Homes and Richard Price Custom Homes.

“Our expansion into Memorial reflects our continued investment in this market and our commitment to aligning with only the most experienced agents and builders,” Almodovar said. “Collaborating with teams like Blackacre Builders, Palais Homes and Richard Price Custom Homes allows us to offer our clients truly unparalleled access to some of the most extraordinary new construction opportunities anywhere in Houston.”
