Howard Hughes Communities, the developer of the Bridgeland master-planned community in Cypress, added Empire Homes to the MPC’s builder lineup.
Empire will build a collection in Bridgeland’s Creekland Village, with one- and two-story offerings featuring up to five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Pricing starts in the mid-$300,000s.
“Empire Homes strengthens Bridgeland’s appeal for buyers seeking quality, design and value at an important price point,” Jim Carman, president of Howard Hughes’ Texas region, said in a press release. “This addition broadens choice in Creekland Village and reflects the kind of thoughtful growth that continues to distinguish Bridgeland in the Northwest Houston market.”
Model home construction is scheduled for this summer, with a grand opening slated for the fall.
“Bridgeland offers the kind of long-term planning, natural beauty and everyday convenience that resonates with today’s homebuyers,” said Tracy Brown, division president of Empire Homes. “We are excited to bring new homes to Creekland Village that expand access to this community for both entry-level and move-up buyers.”
Also under construction in Creekland Village is a 14-acre community center with two pools, a fitness center and basketball, tennis and pickleball courts.
