Compass RE Texas recently announced the expansion of its sales management team in The Woodlands with the addition of Bethany McDaniel as an associate sales manager.

McDaniel will join senior sales manager Ken Brand in supporting the growing roster of almost 200 agents that service The Woodlands and Conroe area.

Before joining Compass, McDaniel was an agent at Better Homes & Gardens. She was named Rookie of the Year during her first year with the company in 2019 and earned an award for sales volume in 2020-2021, according to a statement from Compass. 

“I’m thrilled to join Compass and share my expertise with our amazing agents servicing The Woodlands area,” McDaniel said. “In today’s real estate market, it’s important to move fast and turn to technology for every advance. Compass has both the talent and the technology to ensure that Compass agents have every tool they need to succeed.”

The Woodlands market “remains a hotbed for real estate activity,” with some owners seeing the average market value of their home rise by over 20% since last year, said Seita Jongebloed, managing director of Compass RE Texas, Greater Houston. 

“Bethany McDaniel brings a natural skillset to the associate sales manager role and will be instrumental in helping to guide and support Compass agents who service The Woodlands,” Jongebloed added.
