The Houston Association of REALTORS’® (HAR) 2025 leadership team was sworn in at its annual Realtor Celebration last month.

Former HAR chair Cindy Hamann administered the oath of office for new board members, while Natalie Cox, an agent with LPT Realty, swore in 2025 President Shae Cottar.

Meanwhile, longtime board member Paul Silverman, director of agent growth at Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty, was named HAR’s 2024 Realtor of the Year, while Gerald Womack, president and CEO of Womack Development and Investment Realtors, received the John E. Wolf Community Service Award.

HAR President and CEO Bob Hale also saluted outgoing Chair Thomas Mouton for his “unwavering commitment” to the association and the industry as a whole throughout his tenure.
