Toll Brothers released the home designs for its offerings in Chambers Creek, an active-adult community in Willis for residents aged 55 and up.

The project will be the builder’s first active-adult undertaking in the Houston area as part of its Toll Brothers Regency line.

The builder will construct open-concept homes on 45- and 70-foot lots. Plans range from two to three bedrooms with up to 3.5 bathrooms and two- or three-car garages. Pricing starts at $300,000.

“We are excited to debut these versatile Regency home designs exclusively for 55-plus home shoppers in Chambers Creek,” Brian Murray, division president of Toll Brothers in Houston, said in a press release.

Amenities at Chambers Creek include a resort-style pool, private boat launch, vineyard, garden and nine-hole golf course, as well as a number of parks and nature trails.
