Ashton Woods began home sales at Sunterra Lakes, a master-planned community near Katy in Brookshire.

The builder is offering eight one- and two-story floor plans ranging from 2,172 to 3,264 square feet with three to four bedrooms and two- or three-car garages.

Community amenities include a pavilion, splash pad and pickleball courts. Residents will also have access to the nearby Crystal Lagoon amenity at the neighboring Sunterra master-planned community.

Sunterra Lakes is zoned to Royal Independent School District.

Other builders currently selling at the MPC include Castlerock Communities, Century Communities, D.R. Horton, Lennar, Long Lake Ltd. and Starlight Homes.
