Nan & Co. Properties just announced their purchase of land that will become their new office, located across from Heights Mercantile. The new office will be equipped with nap pods, a meditation room and a rooftop for happy hours.

Nana & Co. is set to expand to a second location in addition to its offices at BBVA Compass Plaza. The plan for this new location is a three-story building with 7,000 square feet, built on the Barrio Antiguo Custom Furniture site at 725 Yale.

The new location is a way to establish a presence in the Heights during a period of strong financial growth. Meanwhile, Nan & Co. while continue to market to Galleria and River Oaks from their Uptown office at 2200 Post Oak Blvd.
