First entering the real estate industry 17 years ago after transitioning from careers in hospitality and salon management, Ismail is now the broker/owner of Gary Ismail Fine Properties, helping luxury buyers and sellers, investors, builders, and young professionals find their dream home.

As a Global Luxury Home Specialist, Certified Negotiation Expert and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Ismail is dedicated to providing every client with personalized, high-quality service from beginning to end. “My job is to educate customers and guide them so they make the best decisions and achieve their ideal results,” he says. “Every transaction has different variables and no two deals are the same, but I always act with my clients’ best interests in mind.”

In 2017, Ismail was named Top Sales Agent by Women’s Investment Network and was a Featured Agent in USA Today. For the third consecutive year, he ranked as a Top Luxury Real Estate Professional by Houston Modern Luxury magazine. In the past, Ismail has been nominated for Realtor of the Year by About magazine, was an Expert Network Distinguished Broker, and was featured on the cover of Top Agent magazine.

Ismail is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and the Real Estate Negotiation Institute. He also supports the AIDS Foundation, Pink Ribbon and Meals on Wheels. When he’s not working, Ismail enjoys traveling and spending time with his family and friends.
